When will my order ship? Provided all items are in stock, orders usually ship within 24 hours. If there is a problem with your order we will contact you promptly.

Do my billing and shipping addresses have to match? For fraud protection purposes, we require that all address information match what is on file with the credit card company. If you are shipping to an address other than your billing address, then the shipping address must also be listed with your credit card company or bank as an alternate address. You can do this by calling the number on your statement or the back of your credit card. Adding the alternate address with your credit card company will allow us to ship to both addresses on future orders.

Domestic Shipping

After you place your items in your shopping cart, all you need to do is enter your country, state, and zip code in the shipping estimator on the shopping cart page to receive shipping quotes.

International Shipping

After you place your items in your shopping cart, all you need to do is enter your country, state/providence, and postal code in the shipping estimator on the shopping cart page to receive shipping quotes.

Shipping Services

USPS Priority Mail- Priority mail ships within 2-3 days anywhere in the United States. We ship all priority mail packages with delivery confirmation. If you are shipping to an FPO, APO, or PO Box you want to select priority mail.

FedEx- FedEx delivers packages Tuesday-Saturday. They also offer Saturday delivery to their customers which is a great service. This way if you need a product expedited to you for the weekend and wait to place the order on Thursday, you can select the 2 Day (Saturday delivery) option so the package will be delivered by the weekend. The same thing applies to Next Day Air packages which ship Monday-Friday. If you ordered Thursday night and needed the package for Saturday you would want to select Next Day Air (Saturday Delivery) to assure the arrival. Free International Shipping- We offer FREE Priorty Mail shipping on orders that total $999.00 or more (before tax). Upon checkout you will see "Free Delivery," please select that method if you wish to take advantage of FREE shipping! NOTE: The total weight of the shipment must be less than 30lbs for this offer to be valid. This offer excludes paint and gearbags.

Free FedEx Ground Shipping/Free Shipping- We offer FREE FedEx Ground shipping on domestic orders that total 99.00 or more (before tax). Upon checkout you will see "Free Delivery," please select that method if you wish to take advantage of FREE shipping! Offer not available for FPO/APO, International orders, or those orders going to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.

*The cost of shipping is determined by the weight of the items as well as the method selected. Paintball Delivery reserves the right to charge additional shipping if the shipping charges do not calculate properly. We will notify you prior to billing you about the new shipping charges*

Hawaii and Alaska- The ideal method to use to these two states would be USPS Priority. Fed Ex does ship to these states but only using Next Day and Two-Day Air which can be quite expensive depending upon weight.

Tracking Information: Tracking information is updated at the end of each business day. You will receive an email notifying you your package has shipped along with the tracking information. If you do not receive a tracking number, please call with your order number and we can assist you (412) 406-7695.

International Customers

We do ship internationally to ALL COUNTRIES using the United States Postal Service and Fed Ex. Our methods for international customers include, Fed Ex International, Priority Mail International, Express Mail International, and First Class Mail. Please be aware that in many cases packages get held up in customs and we have no way of tracking them once intercepted by customs.

If your order is relatively large, please avoid Flat Rate Box Options and choose First Class International Mail, Priority International Mail or Fed Ex International. Large orders most likely will not fit in a Flat Rate Box and adjustments will need to me made.
